We are seeking an HR manager to lead our team and create a positive work environment. Automaze, an automation solution services provider, has a history of hiring engaged, productive employees and we need an HR manager to continue this. The role involves handling all HR matters including recruitment, performance reviews, wage reviews, and learning and development. We’re looking for a manager who can easily connect with people and is detail-oriented.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies (including creating an Employee Retention Program), systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff by championing the onboarding process, ensuring that it’s high-quality and up-to-date, and providing clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances/conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors
  • Conduct and supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Develop clear policies, ensure policy awareness and employees follow all policies and procedures
  • Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create a performance appraisal system, benefit programs, and employee retention plan that drive high-performance and wage reviews
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager (minimum 2 years) or other HR Executive
  • Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
  • Must be fluent in English (minimum C1)
  • Strongly believe in teamwork and proven has managed a team before
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an ethical business mindset, excellent active listening and negotiation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices

  • You can expect an invitation for the first stage of recruitment process from the HR department
  • First stage of recruitment – facet to face meeting in our office or a video call with our Recruiter, to present the offer and discuss the terms of cooperation; this meeting will
    last about 60 minutes
  • Second stage of recruitment – an in-person or online meeting with an meeting with CEO
  • Last stage- offer meeting and contract discussion. Within a few days, you can expect a phone call with an offer of employment or a thank-you for participating in the recruitment

  • Type of agreement: Full-time employment contract or B2B contract
  • Financial terms: 9 000–11 500 PLN Gross depending on experience and skills
