Our highly skilled and experienced team enables our clients to conduct their business proficiently in Industry 4.0. The majority of our clients are from the automotive industry, nevertheless, we extend our services to various other sectors. Headquartered in Poland, we deliver business solutions to clients across 13 countries globally.
Currently we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Specialist with German who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing business in the industrial automation sector. We are looking for enthusiasts who, like us, are interested in various fields of engineering and are eager to develop their skills.

Terms of cooperation:
Employment terms: Contract of Employment or B2B
Working Mode: Remote work/ Hybrid/ Stationary work + Foreign business trips
Financial conditions: Fixed base salary + Commission
During business trips, we guarantee:

Apply to us if you:
- Have at least three years of B2B sales experience
- Have proficiency in German and English language
- Have experience in working with sales targets, strategic planning, and willingness to work on the move
- Are a communicative person and can build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Have the ability to think strategically and can plan sales activities
- Hold a category B driving license
- Confident, strong negotiation, persistent, and results-driven, with excellent client service and presentation skills
- Are open to business trips abroad (approx.15-20% of working time)
It would be a great asset if you…
- Possess technical understanding in the field of industrial automation and electrical engineering
- Have a technical degree in automation and robotics, electrical engineering, or related field
- Solid knowledge of automation systems, sensors, vision systems, motion control, and robotics
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively seek new leads in the international market for industrial (Europe, UK & USA), while managing inquiries and negotiations to close deals
- Do an Account Management to align with company strategy while develop and execute sales strategies
- Involves in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts of national or strategic significance
- Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the company
- Informs client of new product/services /services offerings and recommends product/services s that suit client’s business needs
- Coordinates the preparation of bids documents and proposals
- Create a regular report for area and industry of the real sales situation correctly and promptly
- Quick response to any requests/complaints from customers and coordinate with the section head/manager/department head related and do quick feedback to the customer
- Perform technical presentations and explain our product/services offerings to potential customers
- Regularly visit clients to build and enhance relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Collect market and competitor information to support sales strategy.
- Maintain integrity and professionalism, work with sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

What does our recruitment process look like? You can expect:
First stage – CV review – If your CV catches our eye, we will contact you to arrange an initial phone call. We will check if, on a basic level, we are a good fit for each other.
Second stage – Recruitment interview with HR – We will tell you more about who we are looking for, and you will have the opportunity to tell us about your experience and expectations for the role.
Third stage – Face-to-face meeting at our office – In a 1.5-hour meeting with our CEO and Marketing and Communications Manager, we will ask you more detailed questions. You will also be able to ask us about our current sales processes, organizational structure, way of working, and who you will be working with.
After reviewing all applications and conducted interviews, we will contact the best candidate to present an offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.
