We are currently looking for a Industrial Machinery and Equipment Mechanic to join our team.
Automaze is a dynamically developing engineering company specializing in serving the automotive industry. We offer services in the design, programming, and commissioning of production lines as well as production support. Our projects are carried out for the world’s largest car manufacturers, such as BMW, Ford, Daimler, Volkswagen, Scania and Continental.
We are looking for a Industrial Machinery and Equipment Mechanic specializing in industrial automation with at least 3 years of experience. The role requires independence and a readiness for frequent international travel.

Terms of cooperation:
Employment terms: Contract of Employment or B2B
During foreign travels, we guarantee: transport to and from the project + coverage of accommodation costs (apartments or hotels).
Work model: Stationary work + Business Trips (approx. 50/50)
Workplace: Gdańsk (Kokoszki- district)+ Business Trips
Financial conditions:
In case of contract of Employment: 7 100 – 8 600 PLN gross (base salary) + overtime + per diem for business travels
In case of B2B: 55 – 65 PLN Net (+ VAT) per hour + per diem for Business Trips
Your responsibilities will include:
- Mechanical assembly of industrial machinery and equipment based on technical drawings
- Support during machine startup
- Analyzing malfunctions and solving technical problems
- Starting up new and modifying existing machines and devices
- Verifying and correcting errors in technical documentation
- Reporting ongoing work
Apply to us if you:
- Have vocational or technical secondary education – mechanics
- You have worked in a similar position for at least 3 years and built machines for the industrial sector
- Are willing to go on business trips abroad
- Can communicate in English at a conversational level
- You can read a technical drawing
- Have knowledge of pneumatics
- Can operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Have a driving license category B
- Can and enjoy working with people
- Certificates for operating cranes and forklifts will be an advantage
